Race Information

Get ready for Idaho’s most rugged and ridiculously fun relay on July 25th, 2026! Starting just outside of Cascade, Idaho, this 88-mile backcountry adventure will take your team of six over remote mountain roads, dense forests, and two high mountain summits, all the way to the finish line at stunning Payette Lake in McCall.

This isn't your average road race — expect dirt roads, serious elevation, and unforgettable views. It’s a true test of endurance, teamwork, and trail grit.

The Challenge

  • 6 runners per team plus a volunteer

  • Each runner will complete three legs of varying difficulty

  • Elevation gain? Oh yeah — your quads will feel it! 11,000 gains

  • Remote course support will be minimal — plan smart and pack wisely

The Fun

  • Costumes are mandatory — we’re not kidding! (Prizes for the wildest outfits)

  • Crazy team names encouraged

  • Finish line celebration at Payette Lake with food, drinks, music, and plenty of bragging rights

About Us

We’re three former collegiate teammates, lifelong friends, and now moms who still live for the rush of race day—and nothing gets us more fired up than a good relay.

Running has been part of our story for as long as we can remember. From college track meets to post-bedtime jogs with baby monitors in hand, it's how we've stayed grounded, connected, and just competitive enough to keep things fun. Between diaper changes and carpool lines, we've never let go of the sport—or each other.

Relays have always been our favorite: the camaraderie, the strategy, the shared grit and glory. So we decided to create the kind of race we’d want to run—a relay that brings people together, celebrates teamwork, and fits into the beautiful, chaotic rhythm of life.
